Всем привет! После небольшого перерыва, решил поделиться своим опытом проведения демонстраций в детских лагерях.
В прошлом году я договорился с руководством ФДОЦ Смена (http://www.smena.org/ - детский лагерь на Черном море) о том, что я и группа демонстраторов приедем для того, чтобы провести презентации (и небольшие турниры) по настольным играм для детей, которые приезжают в этот лагерь.
Вот отчет, который я написал по результатам той поездки, думаю английский тут знают все.
June 27 - held a preliminary meeting with the director of Smena to get the initial approval for demonstrations in the 5 camps, which constitute the Smena Center.
After receiving the approval held meetings with directors of each separate camp:
Beriozka
Oka
Golubaya Dolina I
Golubaya Dolina II
Vsemu Uchit More
June 28 – met with the owner of small booth to negotiate placing Magic into his shop. Unfortunately this initial contact did not work out because parties could not agree on the terms.
June 29 – met with working staff of Beriozka camp and communicated to them what they need to tell to the kids and setting the date of the presentation.
June 30 – 5 demonstrators, hired by Fantasy World arrived to Smena.
Negotiated with two small shops (selling magazines) to place our products. This negotiations were successful.
July 1 – Meetings were held with the staff of remaining 4 camps, explaining what they need to tell the kids and setting the dates of presentations.
July 2 – 3-hour presentation was held in the Beriozka Camp. Over 80 kids participated. In addition, 70 Fast Tracks were given as gifts to kids from foster homes.
Additionally, Igroteka (gaming tent, where anyone could come and play) began working; hereinafter from 11:00 till 13:00 and from 17:00 till 19:00 every day.
July 3 – Sales began. Igroteka worked during the day.
July 4 – Presentation at Oka Camp. Over 100 participants. Igroteka worked during the day.
July 5 – Presentation at Golubaya Dolina I Camp. Over 70 participants. Igroteka worked during the day.
July 6 – Repeat presentation at Oka Camp. Over 120 participants. Igroteka worked during the day.
July 7 – Presentation at Golubaya Dolina II Camp. Over 50 participants. Igroteka worked during the day.
July 8 – Repeat presentation at Golubaya Dolina I Camp. Over 100 participants. Igroteka worked during the day.
July 9 – Presentation at Rainbow Camp (additional camp, outside of Smena). 39 participants. Igroteka worked during the day.
Over 550 kids received a demo of Magic the Gathering.
Revenue in the 6 days of sales was 60,000 roubles (1800 EURO).
Smena center invited us to be their regular partner and hold these demos every month (each session).
